A dynasty of winegrowers

Five generations of the Vendrell family have been working on the farm Mas Gomà to les Cabanyes, in the middle of the Penedès.

When our grandfather Joan died, uncle Pere, who was very young, was in charge of managing the farm, learning day by day thanks to his talent, dedication and passion.

Today, his son Eloi, together with his father, take a step further. In recent years, several native varieties have been recovered and biodynamic agriculture has begun after many years of organic work. The culture of effort is very present.  Various natural elements and natural plants are applied such as silicon, horsetail, thyme, nettle, among others.

The aim is to work sustainably to leave future generations with a healthier vineyard and living soil, where there is all the biodiversity and organic matter.
